Working with us
Let's figure out what works for your home and your budget.
There's usually more than one way to approach a project. We'll talk about what you want, look at the options, and explain what affects the cost. If you're still figuring things out, that's a good place to start too.
- A written estimate that explains the work and what's included.
- A conversation about changes and their cost before we add work.
- A plan for any permits and inspections the project needs.
- Help choosing materials that make sense for the job and your budget.
Sometimes we find damage or other issues once work is underway. If that happens, we'll explain what we found and talk with you about the options, cost, and any effect on the schedule. Changes to the agreed work should be clear to everyone before moving forward.

Experience and range
Between the two owners, we bring more than 40 years of combined construction experience and a wide range of job types and scopes. We can take on anything within the legal scope of an Oregon general contractor. One owner's background is professional-level mechanical work; the other's is deeply technical and hands-on, from computers and cars to fabrication, drones, 3D printing and CNC. That curiosity is part of how we solve problems.
